Here at Blue River Mexican Grill we take pride in doing things differently. While other Mexican restaurants typically serve up bland or premade ingredients, we set our standards a bit higher. Like our name, our menu is inspired by the cuisine from the Blue River region between Mexico and Belize. We take the time to skillfully season our meats, giving them a flavor that stands apart. We offer not only chicken and steak, but carnitas, barbacoa and veggie options as well. We also offer many special house recipes, infusing our pico de gallo, queso, spicy charro beans and cilantro lime rice. Our guacamole and salsa is skillfully prepared every day, all day as well giving your meal an extra zesty zing every time.
Our locations are locally owned and operated because we want to be a part of the communities we serve. Service is extremely important to us, and we strive every day to improve and take care of our customers like family.
